Steve began his successful real estate career in 2001. He has a broad array of real estate experience that includes residential, commercial, historic and land properties. Steve has worked with national firms in the areas of auction support and business development, and in supervising broker and training roles. Steve’s first career was in medical device sales. He graduated high school in Rose Hill, Kansas, and completed his bachelor’s degree at Friends University in Wichita, Kansas, where he was active in varsity football and FCA.
Steve seeks to employ the best methods for the sale of property for his clients, ranging from a traditional real estate listing to an auction method of sales. He utilizes up-to-date marketing techniques and draws from online purchasing experience. He is a big believer in a team approach, collaborating with specific marketing experts to incorporate methods that will produce the desired results for the client.
Steve and his wife Nolly together have nine children and six grandchildren. Steve has become well acquainted with the great state of Kansas and the region. He loves to travel with Nolly on mission trips to Kenya and has enjoyed tours of the Holy Land, Hawaii, Brazil and other destinations. Regionally, Steve enjoys the outdoors, ATV riding and time with family.

A lifetime resident of Wichita, Kansas, Mike King is a full-time real estate agent and auctioneer. He’s been a multi-million dollar producer every year since 2005, when he began his career in real estate. He graduated from Missouri Auction School, which has a long-standing history of producing some of the top auctioneers in the Midwest.
